Why Real Estate Club?

Explore the world of real estate with our exciting real estate club! Come learn how to navigate the process of buying a home, deciphering mortgages, making smart rental choices and home building.

Students will learn the basics of real estate sales and rental transactions. They will learn the steps needed to begin a career in real estate, and the common tools used by agents. They will have the opportunity to explore how mortgages work including how your credit can affect your ability to get a loan. Each meeting will consist of interactive activities and discussion, with the possibility of taking field trips to open houses and job sites.
